Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen sweet corn kernels
- 1 cup pre-cooked cornmeal (masarepa)
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sweet corn kernels and milk. Blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the corn puree, pre-cooked cornmeal, sugar, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
- Spoon the batter onto the skillet to form small round cakes, about 1/4 inch thick.
