Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef slices and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in the same skillet and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
