Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 cup jaggery, grated
- 1/2 cup water
- Oil for deep-frying
Instructions
- In a pan, heat water and add grated jaggery. Stir until the jaggery melts and forms a syrup. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour and the cooled jaggery syrup. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into flat discs or any desired shape.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Deep-fry the shaped dough pieces until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
