Ingredients
- 4 large Armagh apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, blackberries, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar. Add the cold cubed butter and rub it into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
