Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the rice and milk. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

  3. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon, and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sütlaç cool for a few minutes before serving.
  5. Divide the sütlaç into serving bowls, sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon if desired, and serve warm or chilled.
