  • 1/4 cup pimento-stuffed olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and paprika.
