Ingredients
- 500g mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, mussels, squid)
- 2 cups short-grain rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 4 cups fish or seafood stock
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced red bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
