Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the blended tomatoes, diced red bell pepper, and scotch bonnet pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
