Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the beef short ribs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the ribs. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

  4. Grill the ribs for about 10 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
