Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef short ribs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the beef short ribs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the ribs. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the ribs for about 10 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
