Ingredients
- 2 cups dried brown lentils
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, diced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Rinse the lentils and set aside.

- Add the lentils, vegetable broth, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
