Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 24 whole almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the almond extract and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Press a whole almond into the center of each cookie.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
