Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, walnuts, dates, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and vegetable oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
