Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix soy sauce and honey, then set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add bell pepper, onion, and snap peas. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over the ingredients. Stir to combine and heat through.
  7. Serve the Asian Cajun shrimp and vegetables over cooked rice.
