Asinhas De Frango Picantes (spicy Chicken Wings)
Asinhas de Frango Picantes, or Spicy Chicken Wings, are a popular dish in East Timor cuisine. These wings are marinated in a spicy sauce and then cooked to perfection, resulting in a flavorful and fiery appetizer or main course.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken wings.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and serve hot.
