Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup white wine

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce and white wine. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
