Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup white wine
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and white wine. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve the Albóndigas a la Asturiana hot, with your choice of side dish.
