Ingredients

  • 4 large zucchinis, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup Asturian-style tomato sauce
  • 1 cup grated Asturian cheese
  • 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
  • 1 cup spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
