Ingredients
- 1 kg goat meat, cut into small pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 12 small burger buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the goat meat, onions, garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, thyme, and salt. Mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated with the spices. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated goat meat onto skewers and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred.
- While the meat is grilling, brush the burger buns with vegetable oil and toast them on the grill until lightly golden.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a few pieces of grilled goat meat in each bun. Serve hot and enjoy!
