Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 24 dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a pan, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
  2. Add the Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and beef stock. Simmer for 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pleat to seal.
  4. Steam the dumplings for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
