Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the beef with black bean sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
