Ingredients
- 500g Australian beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons black bean sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the beef with black bean sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
