Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced Australian bush tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  3. Add the bell peppers and continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the bush tomatoes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in the green onions and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
