Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sliced Australian bush tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers and continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the bush tomatoes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the green onions and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
