Austrian Käsekrainer (Käsekrainer)

Ingredients

  • 4 Käsekrainer sausages
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 4 slices of Emmental cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stovetop grill or a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Grill the Käsekrainer sausages for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
