- 2-3 cups water
Instructions
- Wash the pork ribs and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large pot, combine the pork ribs, axone, onions, green chilies, ginger, turmeric powder, and salt.

- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 2 hours, or until the pork ribs are tender.
