  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the shallots, garlic, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Cook until fragrant.
  2. Add the belacan, ground coriander, turmeric, cumin, and chili powder. Stir well to combine.
