Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 eggs
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken thigh in the egg, then coat with the seasoned flour mixture.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken thighs until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes, sliced red chilies, sugar, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture becomes saucy.
- Pour in the water and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the fried chicken thighs into the sauce, coating them evenly.
