Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together garlic, shallots, sweet soy sauce, honey, ground coriander, ground turmeric, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade and coat them evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the chicken wings for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice charred exterior.
