Ingredients
- 500g ground lamb or beef
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, chopped onions, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, egg, and water to make the dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into small circles.
- Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center of each circle and fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape.
- Press the edges of the dough together to seal the dumplings.
- Boil the dumplings in salted water for about 10 minutes or until they float to the surface.
- Remove the dumplings from the water and serve hot.
