Ingredients
- 500g pork, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, and sugar for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
- Add the bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice.
