Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shallots, garlic, red chilies, ground coriander, ground turmeric, salt, and vegetable oil to create a marinade.
- Score the chicken drumsticks with a sharp knife and coat them with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken drumsticks for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice charred exterior.
