Ingredients
- 500g pork belly, thinly sliced
- 5 shallots, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 red chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shallots, garlic, and red chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the pork slices and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
- Add the diced tomatoes and kecap manis. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt to taste and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
