Ingredients
- 1 lb salted codfish
- 1 lb potatoes
- 2 onions
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Soak the salted codfish in water for 24 hours, changing the water several times to remove excess salt.
- Boil the codfish until it flakes easily, then remove the skin and bones and break it into small pieces.
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and slice them.
- Slice the onions and sauté them in olive oil until golden.
- Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and slice them.
- In a baking dish, layer the codfish, potatoes, onions, and eggs, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper and drizzling with olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
