Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 12 ripe plums, pitted
- 12 sugar cubes

Instructions
- Grate the boiled potatoes and mix with flour and egg to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and flatten each portion into a small disc.
- Place a sugar cube in the center of each pitted plum and wrap the dough around the plum, sealing it completely.
- Boil a large pot of water and gently add the dumplings. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until they float to the surface.
- Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and roll them in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
