Ingredients
- 1 cup sun-dried lentil crumbles
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
- Add the chopped onion and green chilies. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the tomato softens.
- Add the sun-dried lentil crumbles and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the crumbles turn crispy.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice and dal.
