Ingredients
- 1 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the semolina, flour, yeast, warm water, sugar, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 15 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.
- After 15 minutes, add the baking powder and orange blossom water to the batter and blend for a few seconds.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour the batter onto the pan to form small pancakes.
- Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and the bottom is lightly golden.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as needed.
