  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Add the diced conch to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
