Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh conch meat, finely chopped

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the conch meat, flour, onion, bell pepper, garlic, green onions, hot pepper, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Add water gradually and mix until a thick batter forms.

- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
