Ingredients
- 2 lbs goat meat, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp curry powder

- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 cups water

Instructions

- Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomatoes, scotch bonnet pepper, and thyme. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the goat meat and brown on all sides.
