Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails, meat removed and chopped

  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 4 cups seafood stock

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and tomato paste, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the seafood stock and bring the mixture to a simmer. Add the chopped lobster meat and paprika. Let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
