Ingredients
- 4 fresh lobsters
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise and remove the tomalley and roe.
- In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomato, parsley, butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
