Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs lamb, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- In a large tagine or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
