Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into small oval-shaped meatballs.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the lamb kofta for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- While the kofta is cooking, prepare the mint yogurt sauce by mixing together the yogurt, mint, lemon juice, honey, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
