Bahraini Spiced Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, grated into rice-like texture
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

  4. Season the cauliflower rice with ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Stir well to evenly distribute the spices.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
