Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
