Ingredients
- 4 large artichokes
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 250g ground beef

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions
- Prepare the artichokes by removing the tough outer leaves and trimming the tops. Scoop out the choke with a spoon, leaving the heart intact.
- In a large bowl, combine the rice, ground beef, onion, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Stuff the artichoke hearts with the rice and beef mixture, pressing the filling in firmly.
