Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 stalks lemongrass, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, vegetable oil, lemongrass, and chopped cilantro. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Place the chicken wings on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have a nice charred exterior.
- Once done, remove the chicken wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
