Bai Sach Moan (cambodian Grilled Chicken Wings)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, vegetable oil, lemongrass, and chopped cilantro. Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  4. Place the chicken wings on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have a nice charred exterior.
  5. Once done, remove the chicken wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
