Baikal Fisherman's Pizza

Ingredients

  • 500g fish fillets, such as omul or whitefish
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stovetop to medium heat.
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and flake the fish into small pieces.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Top the pizza with the cooked fish, sliced onion, diced bell pepper, tomato slices, chopped cilantro, and dill.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza.
  7. Cover the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve hot.
