Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh fish fillets
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the fish fillets with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the fish from the pan and flake it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In the same pan, sauté the onion and bell pepper until they are tender.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the flaked fish to the pan and mix everything together.
  7. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or in the oven.
  8. Assemble the tacos by filling each tortilla with the fish and vegetable mixture.
  9. Top with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
