Ingredients
- 1 lb Baikal omul, smoked and flaked
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
