Ingredients
- 300g Baikal sturgeon fillet
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 4 nori seaweed sheets
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned

- 1 tsp salt
- Wasabi, for serving
- Soy sauce, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Drizzle the mixture over the cooked sushi rice and gently fold to combine.
- Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- Arrange the sturgeon, avocado, and cucumber in the center of the rice.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with a bit of water.
- Cut the sushi roll into 8 pieces using a sharp knife.
- Serve the Baikal sturgeon sushi with wasabi and soy sauce on the side.
