Ingredients

  • 200g fresh sturgeon fillet, finely diced
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced sturgeon, shallot, chives, dill, and capers.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and olive oil. Pour over the sturgeon mixture.
  3. Gently toss the ingredients to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
