Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pumpkin, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a pot, boil the pumpkin in water until soft.
- Drain the water and let the pumpkin cool.
- In a blender, combine the cooked pumpkin, evaporated milk, condensed milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
